Who?
SPRINGBOARD Architecture Communication Design

What?
SPRINGBOARD is an architectural, design, and multi-disciplinary firm. |
Where?
River Walk Corporate Center, South Side
(formerly known as the Terminal Building) |
Why?
Principal Paul Rosenblatt decided that he needed to move his offices out of his basement after adding two employees and seeing his business grow. He was looking for a good location in an urban neighborhood. |
What Else?
The office has high ceilings, urban views, a building that has its own cool history, a mix of old and new economy tenants, exposed brick walls, and lots of natural light.
Originally SPRINGBOARD had trouble finding a good match; everything was either too big or too small. SPRINGBOARD wanted to create its own identity and was looking for space that would make a statement about itself. Cool Space Locator worked with SPRINGBOARD and building owner Mark Bibro to help negotiate improvements to the space, including a “green room”, currently being used as a flexible meeting room. All of SPRINGBOARD’s goals were met at the Terminal Building, and the entire process took only six months.
