Cool Space Locator is an exclusive tenant/buyer agency working in the commercial real estate market.  We assist clients seeking space for their businesses.  CSL does not offer residential brokerage nor does CSL list commercial properties for owners.  CSL real estate agents are licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

When you contact us, an agent will want to set up a meeting with you to determine your unique needs and priorities.  We will work with you to help you decide if you are ready to move, and if you are, we will make recommendations and tour spaces with you that suit your location preferences and specific needs.  If you find a space for your business, CSL will help guide you through the lease negotiation or sales agreement process.
