A smoke-free café by day and martini bar by night, located in a restored building at 900 Western Avenue. The owner, "driven by a passion for the historic neighborhood and a vision of its future prosperity, dreamt of creating an urban oasis, a place where city dwellers could gather day or night." He and 16 investors, many of them friends and family, bought the four-story building and did just that. |

A meeting place with a view, located in the back of the Presbyterian Church of Mt. Washington at 213 Bailey Avenue. The UMGP "is at the top of the world with a mission to bring people together, inspire them with a view and fine accommodations, and spread good works to its community; all proceeds from rentals go to programs that benefit the Mt.
